As the head coaching carousel spun for several weeks, many teams made coordinator changes as well. Teams seeking new head coaches are conducting OC and DC searches, and a handful of other teams that did not make HC changes are also searching for top assistants.
This is a big year for offensive coordinator hires, with nearly half the league making changes. Here are the teams searching for new OCs and DCs. As new searches emerge, they will be added to the list.

Byron Leftwich is an Offensive Coordinator.
He did a pretty good job of slowing down that Bucs offense maybe he can do both
It seems like there are more OC/DC vacancies this year and there could be more once HC positions get filled. Maybe it’s because when compared to 2020 and 2021, there were fewer HC firings at end of 2022.
OC/DC is the most overrated job in football. Most of the time it is simply a matter of Good talent = good coordinator.
Players kill coaches but scouts and evaluators skate. Better to sit back and let Mel Jr. do the work.
What about NE? They hired Billy O’Brien as their new OC. Has to be an upgrade over last year,
NE fired 2 jerk OC’s and rehired another one.
There doesn’t seem to be a lot of good talent left to fill all the vacancies
Time to add the Eagles to both sides of this…
