Broncos need to stop cherry picking the 49ers LBs..lol
Seriously though, first it was UDFA Jonas Griffith, but at least they gave the 49ers something for him..But now they pick up another UDFA with the initials JG from us to help fill the void left by Griffith’s injury..
I was really hoping Gemmel would make it to the 49ers PS, but congrats to the Broncos, they just got a good one..
49ers are loaded with low key young talents, and ALOT of them are getting to get poached unfortunately…
Due to their ability to draft, identify key UDFAs, and then develop their players other teams take notice…
This draft alone they didn’t even have a first round pick and they secured a demon edge in Drake Jackson, a speedster who can stretch the field in Gray, a knockback big and thlatic starter at RG in Burford, a ball hawking slot corner in Womack, a one cut and go power runner in Davis-Price, and a solid backup QB with some potential in Purdy.
THEN, they also scored picking up UDFA Jason Poe one of the strongest and most athletic IOL, but fell due to his height, but he’s already impressing Trent Williams and Kyle looking like a bowling ball already in the #2 lineup.
UDFA Jordan Mason looks like a complete and powerful runner who almost always falls forward at RB.
UDFA Q.Knight hasn’t allowed a completion as a slot corner and hybrid safety
UDFA D.West is a very capable backup C..
