Not as many head coaching vacancies have emerged this year, compared to a fourth of the league hiring new HCs in 2019. But there are a few teams going through the process presently (and another taking its time in getting started).
Listed below are the head coaching candidates that have been linked to each of the teams with vacancies, along with their current status. If and when other teams decide to make head coaching changes, they’ll be added to this list. Here’s the current breakdown:

Missed the Jack Del Rio hire earlier today. Jason Garrett not coming back either (reported earlier tonight).
Well the Browns certainly want to waste a lot of people’s time. With such a disorganised and non-strategic search process, most of those candidates should just turn down interviewing outright.
Who wants to walk into that mess?
I don’t think Josh McDaniel or Eric Bieniemy have any intention of leaving their current teams but having HC interviews on a resume has no downside and some potential benefit, so why would anyone just turn down an interview outright?
If you’re dumb enough to believe “expected to interview” means anything other than “hey, we saw this name in someone’s out of town column”, then I got a bridge to sell you real cheap. Half of the names on the Browns list are bogus.
Maybe…if the Vikings collapse big time against NO Sunday…Zimmer gets the axe and Jerry scoops him up???
Zimmer at least deserves an interview with Cowboys if let go by Vikings
How about Brian Billick, Eric Mangini, Bill Cowher, Rex Ryan, John Fox
