The Giants are 2-10 and nobody is safe. As the losses pile up, Giants owner Steve Tisch seems open to a total turnover, one that could include the dismissal of head coach Pat Shurmur and/or GM Dave Gettleman. 
Here’s a look at what Tisch told NBC’s Bruce Beck earlier this week (via Greg Joyce of the New York Post).
On the possibility of offseason changes:
“It’s been a very frustrating season. At the end of the season John Mara and I are gonna get together and discuss the future. As partners we have to be very honest with each other about where we see this team going into the 2020 season.”
On whether he believes in Shurmur and Gettleman:
“Those decisions and conversation are not going to be made this morning. It’s really at the end of the season that John and I are going to sit down and talk about these issues.”
On his message for frustrated Giants fans:
“I’m asking for patience. I’m being patient which you know at times is challenging. Please be understanding and patient. I want Giants fan to feel that their voice is being heard.”
Mara and Tisch had better get this figured out this off season. The franchise is a train wreck right now. Get a GM and HC in here that I’ll turn it around.
What choice do Giant fans have but to be patient?…it’s not like they would gain anything by defecting to the Jets.
Drafting a rb at 2 hasn’t aged well
To be fair, Sam D hasn’t looked very good either. They all missed on Lamar.
That stadium hasn’t seen a good game since the ‘Hawks beat Manning in the SB a few years back!
Unless you count the game between Syracuse and Notre Dame played in 2016.
I’m British, and a Giants fan for some 36 years. We seem to have lost sight of how construct a winning team. Building through the draft, having an offence that wins games and a defence that wins championships(who said that?). It takes time(usually about 3-6 years), but it is worth the wait. I’ve been a fan through thick and thin, but these schmuks are really testing my capacities. I remain loyal, but disgruntled.
I’m not British but I can see how the Giants comedic play would appeal to a country that had the great Benny Hill.
Fire Gettleman and Schirmer and higher as general manager Riddick and as head coach rule. Then draft young from Ohio State and you will be heading in the right direction
Gettleman has been been a pure, unadulterated failure. They need to fire him.

I think it may be time to entirely clean house….just need to make sure new GM and coach are on board with Daniel Jones
Shurmur has always been a bum, that’s why he fits right in with the NYG
Sometimes you make changes just to make them. And sometimes you make them to make the team better.
This is a case of the latter.
Gettleman will get another year, Shurmur will go down. Good chance they hire Rivera and have a bounce back years , but still miss playoffs at 8-8
