Waived/injured:
I’m presuming the Steelers cut Holba (their long snapper) because they want to put someone (probably Sutton) on IR with designation to return–correct me if I’m wrong, but in order to have a player be eligible to return, they must be on the initial 53 man roster. If not, then this move makes zero sense.
They signed Canaday who is also a LS. Obviously he won the job over Holba.
