The Bills have signed free agent linebacker Keith Rivers to a two-year, $5MM deal, tweets James Walker of ESPN. Half of that deal is guaranteed, adds Tim Graham of Buffalo News (via Twitter).
Rivers played 16 games for the Giants in 2013, compiling 45 tackles and one sack. The former first-round pick was drafted by the Bengals in 2008 and played three seasons with the team. Prior to the 2012 season, Rivers was traded to New York for a fifth-round pick.
