The Dolphins have moved up to pick No. 67, courtesy of the Raiders, reports Bart Hubbuch of the New York Post (via Twitter). Miami trades picks Nos. 81 and 116 (fourth round) to Oakland in exchange for the pick (Twitter link).
The Dolphins will use the pick to select North Dakota State offensive lineman Billy Turner, tweets Andy Slater of 940 WINZ in Miami. The Dolphins are obviously aiming to improve their line play, having already selected Tennessee OT Ja’Waun James in the first round. After suffering through the Jonathan Martin/Richie Incognito drama last season, Miami added Branden Albert and Shelley Smith in free agency and is now using the draft to bring in further reinforcements.
